For woodworkers using our platform, we collect account information, including email addresses, shop names, and payment details via our third-party processor (Stripe).
When an end-customer uses the design tool on a Subscriber’s website, we collect their Name, Email Address, and Design Specifications. This data is collected to provide "Abandoned Cart" and "Lead Management" services to the Subscriber.
Lead data captured via the widget belongs to the Subscriber. Third Shore Tools will never sell this lead data to third parties or use it to market competing services to your customers.
We implement industry-standard encryption to protect lead data. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. Subscribers are responsible for maintaining the security of their login credentials.
The widget may use functional cookies to remember a user's design progress as they navigate the tool.
