Third Shore Tools provides an embeddable design and pricing widget for woodworkers ("Subscribers"). Use of our "Line of Code" is granted under a limited, non-transferable license for the duration of an active subscription.
The Subscriber is solely responsible for inputting and maintaining their own "Price Per Board Foot" and labor rates. Third Shore Tools is a calculation engine only and is not liable for financial losses resulting from incorrect pricing settings, waste factor miscalculations, or technical downtime.
The widget may only be embedded on domains whitelisted within the Subscriber’s dashboard. Reverse engineering the script or attempting to bypass the subscription check is strictly prohibited.
We reserve the right to terminate service for any Subscriber who violates these terms or uses the service to facilitate fraudulent activity.
